Ford Repair: emission testing, ford windstar, emission test

i have a 97 ford windstar and i have changed the computer and have had it on 4 diffrent diagnostic machines , emission test machines will give no read out, checked all connections, what would be my nest step????

Does it start and run? If not it may need to be programmed to the vehicle.

Are you not able to retrieve codes, or some other problem communicating with the pcm? Your question is not real clear on what problem you are having

Walter, I'm still not sure what the problem is. If there are no codes to display the reader will display no codes found. If all the monitors have not run it will display P1000. If you cannot communicate with the PCM most likely there is a problem in the circuits.
