Ford Repair: Wont start after warmed up, ford bronco ii, ford bronco

Question
I have a 89 Ford Bronco II with a fuel injected 302 swapped in place of the 2.9 liter. The engine starts when cold, but only cranks after it has warmed up and will not start. It is a rebuilt engine with a new wiring harness, alternator, starter, distributor, computer, and new sensors. Any help would be appreciated.

Answer
It is hard to know exactly what ignition system you have on this Bronco, but I would check your ignition module first. with the key on use a test light on the negative side of the coil. The light should stay on then crank the engine over and the light should flash. If it doesn't you probably need a new module. It might be a grey TFI style on the distributor, but again with an engine swap it is hard to know without seeing it.
