Ford Repair: headlamps, phillips screws, headlamp assembly

Question
How do you adjust the headlamps on a 1999 Ford Ranger? I cannot find the adjustment screws. this will have to be done by eyesight only as I have no professional equipment. I am old school where there were 2 phillips screws that were easy to find and it took about five minutes to adjust. You would get back about 10 feet shine the lights on a solid background and adjust. These were cars back in the 60's and 70's.
If possible send pictures of what the adjusters look like and where located. Thank You J.C.Bosse

Answer
Joe, if you look at the area just behind the headlamp, you will see two threaded studs sticking out with a metal clip, these are the adjusters. The hex is a 4mm, kinda hard to get too but with the right tool but it can be done. You don't have to move or change the metal clips, they are simply retainers for the headlamp assembly.
