Ford Repair: any good step by step books or videos on efi 302 disassemble and rebuild, efi motor, bolt torque

Question
hello steve,
i wrote to you last week on your thoughts on building a 331 engine for a kit lambo i am working on. i have the  1989 302 engine, in the garage, but i cant find any good step by step books or vidoes on disassembleing an rebuilding a efi motor. there are a ton on carburated old style motors. this is my first time doing this so i would like to have a guide to help ease the pain of ripping this engine apart. i have someone to guide me when i build the 331 bottom end and i bought a step by step video that shows the bottom end very well, but they use a carburated system as well. are there any good step by step books or video that are not based on the 1960. please help.
john

Answer
John-

Whether the motor is carbed or EFI, it won't really effect the building of the bottom end.  The top end, sure...but all bottom ends are pretty much the same.  There might be a different bolt torque here and there, but any manual should tell you the torque specs.  Aside from that it's all pretty much the same.  Hope this helps.
