Ford Repair: Air Conditioning, ford taurus, 1996 ford taurus

This may seem like a simple question but I believe that I am out of Freon for my 1996 Ford Taurus (v-6 3.0). and dont know the exact way to go about putting more in... or in fact what type of freon is needed or what adapters or such i might need to put the freon in...any help with the matter would be greatly appreciated.

To save yourself from injury let the pros do this for you. There is a high and low side to the system, and special guages need to be hooked up. I know alot of people would rather do it themselfs but it would be best to spend the extra money on this... Thanks...
