well hi there well here it goes my 2001 windstar is sputtering the rpm drops and comes back in gear and out of gear it has stalled once and i changed the feul filter and read the odb and it comes up clear it has been well taken care well this our problem pls help thx

I'm sorry but I can't make sense of your question. Is it the transmission you are having problems with or the idle?

Without codes this will require a professional to diagnose. Could be as simple as a bad idle control solenoid, or as serious as a PCM.

This vehicle had problems with vacuum leaks that normally will set codes. TSB 03-16-01 addressed these issues for 3.8L engines.
