Ford Repair: flasher ford thunderbird 1993 v6 3.8, hazard flashers, faulty switches

my blinkers nor hazards are working I was told it was the flasher module- where is it located under the sterring wheel

Sorry, I don't have manuals that old. More than likely the problem is in the multi-function switch on the steering column. Try turning on the hazard flashers and move that button around see if it changes at all. sometimes that will break up the corrosion on the contacts.  They are notorious for faulty switches. I am pretty sure the systems use separate flashers, which leads me to the common part which is the switch.
