Ford Repair: 96 Ford Explorer Lock Problem., ford dealer, imput

Hi, I have 96 explorer and recently a nut, which it's round and shallow in the inside, from the driver door broke which holds the lock knob which has the motor, everything time I try to lock the door the knob will not go down only manually after looking around I found that it's missing. The nut or bolt it's attached to the outside of the door exactly above where a sticker is, the color in the other side it's. I really need your help on this I'm going crazy trying to find this part, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Jon, Go to your Ford dealer, and ask them what the part is called. Then what I would do is go to www.junkyarddog.com imput the infomation about the vehicle and order the used part from them. It would be alot cheaper for you in the long run... Thanks..
