Well...first let me say that my knowledge of body repair is limited to a class in auto body and chassis repair I took my freshman year.  Auto body is pretty specialized and usually seperate from mechanical tinkering.  That being said, I don't think you'd have a problem having the frame straightened.  The issue of price is a bit of an deterent, however.  The cost of even a decent frame rack (the fixtures required to repair a frame) can easily run $80,000.  We have a middle-of-the-line Chief rack here at school and it cost $120,000.  Top of the line laser guided models can easily go well north of that.  Guess who gets to pay off the cost of those racks?  Yep...you.  Since I don't work in the industry of body repair it's hard for me to set a price, but I can tell you I've rarely seen a frame repair job that didn't cost around $2,000-$3,000.  Hope this helps.
