Ford Repair: Car will not start, test light, autozone

I tried to crank my car which is a 91 Ford Turues. When I turn the key all I get is a click. I have power to the lights and radio, so I do not think it is the battery. Could it be starter, but I do not know how to test the starter. Can you help me?

Have a helper try to start the car while you check for voltage with a 12v test light at the starter.
