Ford Repair: door skin removal, self tapping screws, self tapping screw

Question
Hello Erik
i have a 1989 Ford TBird. The drivers side power window has come off it's track and I need to take off the door skin to access the mechanism. I have previously only worked on GM products and can't see how the inner door skin comes off this vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
