Hi Eric H.

Hope you can help. I usually don't turn my truck's alarm on, but I recently did. My alarm key/button no longer works, so I pulled a fuse in order to get the truck to start, and it worked (the truck started), but the alarm light stayed on. Should this happen?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Since you disabled the alarm system..the truck sees this as a break and enter scenario. The light will stay illuminated until the system is reset. Try changing the battery(s) in the key fob.
