Ford Repair: spark plugs, spark plug wires, ford f 150

I have my sons 1999 Ford F 150 Triton V8 5.4 liter engine.My husband was going to change the spark plugs but there are no spark plug wires. How do we change the spark plugs??

You can not change the spark plugs because you do not have any. You have a coil pack in that truck and it does not need to be changed unless it goes bad. Hope that this helps and if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Good luck.
