Ford Repair: DOOR PANEL REMOVEL, bad hope, ford tauris

98 FORD TAURIS, DRIVERS WINDOW WONT COME UP. PUT IN NEW RELAY SWITCH, NOT THE PROBLEM. NEED TO PUT IN NEW POWER CONTROL. HOW DO I GET AT IT? TOOK THE ONLY 3 SCREWS OUT OF THE DOOR PANEL I COULD FIND, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED! HELP PLEASE

I would diagnose it before replacing the switch. It is most likely the motor and not the switch that is bad.
