Ford Repair: Stalling, mass airflow sensor, fuel pressure

I have a 92 taurus. It has a 3.0 v6. Sometimes it runs rough and wants to stall. Like it not getting enough gas. It does it whether the engine is hot or cold. Could it be the mass airflow sensor? The check engine light does not come on.   thank you

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
I would suggest that you have the fuel pressure checked as well as the general over all tune up condition of the engine looked in to. A scan of the computer system wouldn't hurt either.
