Ford Repair: ford codes 171 and 174, air fuel ratio, o2 sensors

Hi Erik, I have a 1997 ford ranger a/t v6 that has a check engine lite on. I scaned it and the codes po171 and po174 came up. So were should I start to find the fix? I do not know the diagnostic procedure for these codes. Thank You.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 Both of the codes are for the Air/Fuel ratio --I would look at the engine for a tune up.....and go from there. Also, you might want to think about changing the O2 sensors.
