Ford Repair: hydraulic clutch assemblies, clutch assemblies, clutch plate

Question
'93 ranger pickup 2wd 3.0 v6
i have replaced the slave cylinder, the master cylinder, clutch release bearing, pressure plate, clutch plate, resurfaced the flywheel. i cannot get it to bleed properly. i have no bubbles in the waste fluid yet i have a soft pedal and no clutch displacement. The Auto Zone shop down the street tried and failed.
What have i overlooked?

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
I would check the fire wall of cracks and also recheck the bleeding procedure. Pump the pedal 25 times and hold it. Open the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder. Perform this 5 times. This should remove all air in the system. Each time, refill the system.
Hope this helps,
Erik
