Ford Repair: windstar power door, sliding door, rivet

I have a 2001 windstar with a power sliding door that isnt working properly....   it will close but doesnt lock into position....   as soon as it stops it will reopen on its own.....    is there an adjustment to be made somewhere???    also unrelated issue.... the pass side front door power lock.....   will not power  unlock....   i can hear it click...  but  it does not pop-up to unlock??????   I purchased an online manual but it didnt address either problem.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 As far as the door popping open upon a stop.....the latch need to be readjusted and or lubricated.
 As for the door lock........it sounds like the rivet that holds the electric motor in place has come out, or the motor has broken free of it's holding fixture. You'll have to remove the door panel and look to verify this condition.
