This may sound like a stupid question, but I'm a detailer, not a technician.  I am trying to remove the headlight assembly of my 95 mustang.  I just can't figure it out.
Answer -
Mr. Desjardins,

I am not sure that I got your entire question. Do you wish to replace just the bulb or the entire headlight assembly. If you could please clarify your question, I would be more than happy to assist you.

Follow up question
I would like to remove the entire assembly so that I could clean the inside of the lense.

Answer
Mr. Desjardins,

Let me start by saying that you can not clean the inside of the lens of your headlightassembly as it contains a pressurized gas. If it becomes dirty, there is really nothing you can do except purchase a new lens.

However, to remove the head light assembly, you need to first remove the bulb from the assembly. Then you will find about 4 headlight retaining nuts or retaining clips securing the housing to the vehicle that will need to be removed. You wil see these around the headlight assembly on the outside,at the top and the bottom of the assembly. One these are removed, you can remove the headlight assembly. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Hope that his helps and if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate toc ontact me. Good luck.
