When should I change the timing belt?

Transmission is beginning to make agressive shifts, thunking noise. What's the solution?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 Bring the car to a transmission shop.......solution for the transmission.
 As far as the timing belt........it needs to be changed at 60k miles, as far as I know...........look at the owner's manual.
