Ford Repair: Truck wont Run, schrader valve, firing order

Won't Run  Have Spark, Fuel, Intime,
Have Installed New Plugs, Cap, Rotor, & wires
Have Installed New Fuel Filter,
Pulled The Distributer and Reinstalled and retimed
Truck turns over But Won't start We have tried to use either to start it but it still won"t fire

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 If you have all of the things listed, it should run.

Also, you might wnat to change the oil and inspect it...It is most likely fuel saturated from cranking the engine over and not starting.
Also, remove the dist. cap and crank the engine over...does the rotor turn? If not, I would suggest that you check your timing chain.
Next recheck fuel pressure at the schrader valve(located on the fuel rail)... Just because you hear the pump running doesn't mean that it is pumping the correct amount of fuel or pumping at all. The spec I use is with the key in the ON position and the engine off you should have 38-41 PSI.
