Ford Repair: gas tank leak, dual tanks, filler neck

i have a 1993 f-150, 6cyl w/dual tanks.  the front tank appears to be leaking from the top near the filler neck. any ideas on what is leaking and where can i find instructions on how to fix it.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 The best thing for you to do is remove the tank, while empty, and then fill it and identify exactly where it is leaking. I couldn't tell you where it's leaking with out having the vehicle in front of me.
