Ford Repair: electical, blower motor resistor, truck ford

truck ford e-250 van
The heater does not work on high
is it the switch or the fan motor?
Also the radio does not come in at all, is the the radio or something else? thanks

This is probably a bad blower motor switch, but it could be a bad blower motor resistor (the resistor reduces the power the motor when a slower speed is selected).  You would have to test for power and ground at the radio, if there are both, the radio is bad.
