Ford Repair: transmission and brakes, mazda navajo, rear brakes

i have a 1992 mazda navajo (ford explorer) with a 4.0 v-6 automatic 4x4, the transmission won't shift out of first gear unless i take my foot off the gas pedal, i have changed the fluid and filter. i have no rear brakes at all i bled the system and not getting any fluid to the rear. thank you for any help

It sounds like there is a pressure problem or electronic problem in the transmission.  If the 92 still has the old style hydraulic controller, the TV cable may need adjustment (throttle valve).  As for the braking concern, what concerns did you repair prior to having the problem with the rear brakes.
