Ford Repair: vibration, spark plug wires, ford motorcraft

i own a 96 explorer when i acelerate the truck vibrates i could be doing 20 and it still vibrates when i let off the gas its a smooth ride any ideas? some have told me universals but i would like to make sure before i replace them.Is there any method to check them? I replaced the plugs but that didn't help. I also replaced the brake shoes on all 4 wheels and the ABS still comes on is there a reset button for this?

Your vibration is probably in the ignition coil or spark plug wires, I would start by spraying down the wires with water to see if there is leakage from them (sparks will be seen across wires and engine idle will degrade).  I would also make sure that the plugs that were installed were FORD MOTORCRAFT, or AUTOLITE spark plugs.  For some reason BOSCH platinum, AC, or Champion plugs do not work well in Ford Vehicles.  The ABS light does not come on to inform of service brake problems but for problems with the electrical or hydraulic issues in the ABS system.  Proper diagnosis would require use of a diagnostic computer such as FORD's NGS to determine code and cause.  Odds are a wheel speed sensor or air gap adjustment for one of the speed sensors.
