Ford Repair: 97 thunderbird service engine light, powertrain control module, mass air flow sensor

Question
Service engine soon light comes on. I have not had it read on diagnostics.  I reset it myself by disconnecting the battery.  It stays off for a short time then comes back on.

Recently had a severe fuel injector problem, however, I replaced all six injectors and plugs.

Car runs great with plenty of power, however, at idle it is rough.  Especially when I shift into reverse.  Recently replaced air filter, pcv, mass air flow sensor, fuel filter.

Feels like the choke is stuck, however, I know it doesn't have a carborator.

any suggestions?

Answer
Matt:

You could have any number of concerns with the vehicle.  Vacuum, idle speed controller, powertrain control module, or a wiring concern.  I wish I could be more specific but without having the vehicle here to diagnose I can only hypothesize.
