Ford Repair: loss of oil pressure, oil pressure sender, ford f350

Question
I HAVE 3 FORD F350'S WITH LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE YEAR 2003. ENGINE SIZE IS 5.4 . THE TRUCKS HAVE OIL PRESSURE AT FIRST START UP AND ALL-OF-A SUDDEN 0 PRESSURE THESE VEHICLES HAVE LESS THAN 10,000 MILES.

Answer
Chris:

Odds are that the oil pressure senders and or instrument panel gauge are failing.  I have seen most of the concerns caused by the oil pressure senders.  First step would be to check the oil, and of course listen to the engine for knocking noises.  But the most common problem is the oil pressure sender.
