  Sure...there's probably over 2 dozen brake upgrade kits out there.  It's just a matter of what you need and how big your wallet is.  Stainless Steel Brake Company and Baer are certainly the two biggest companies, but there maybe well be others.  As for the amount of work involved...if you plan on doing it yourself I'd certainly clear a weekend to get it done unless this is something you've done before.  I know Griggs Racing carries a number of suspension parts for first generation Mustangs...you might check with them as to the availability.  They;ve been in the business for years so they may know something I don't.  Hope this helps.
