Answer
Danny-

Aside from the emissions problems (or it may not be a problem, depending on where you live), you may have a few problems with sensors.  First of all, You'll have to drill bungs in the new pipes for the O2 (or exhaust oxygen) sensors.  This is simple enough to have a shop do.  The real problem with that, without converters, the sensors may not warm up properly and cause a rich condition or at the very least throw the check engine light.  The check engine light can be fixed with an MIL (malfunction indicator lamp...check engine light...whatever) eliminator kit.  I know Dallas Mustang sells them for around $90.  They also sell O2 sensor extension wires in case they don't end up where the factory put them.  Just a suggestion...but I would also rethink your muffler choice if it were me.  Flowmasters sounded ok on the old 5.0s, but I've heard a lot of people complain about their sound on 4.6L motors like you've got (I'm not a fan, myself).  The ultimate choice would be Bassanni (though expensive), second would be Borla (not as expensive, but still not cheap), and the very affordable but still third place Dynomax Superturbos.  But that's me.  Hope this helps.
