Ford Repair: Brake setup, mr hicks, brake booster

G'day, I've got an Australian 65 XP ute (ranchero to you guys!).  Its go no brake lines at all and would like to know how and where they run.  Its got a VH44 brake booster under the front guard and would like to know how it ties in as well.  Thanks.
