Ford Repair: brakes-, ford mustang, brake cylinder

have a 1999 ford mustang cannot get the bake brake cylinder to realease in so i can put on new brakes have tried everything i know will not work on now side thanks mike

I need to assume that you mean you can not get the caliper to release so that you can replace the brake pads. Take a piece of wood with a "C" clamp and crank down until so that you can get the caliper to go in. If this is not what you mean, please write me back as yoru question is extremely difficult to understand.
