Ford Repair: cam and intake, timing chain, interchange

Question
i had a 84 302 at which i bought a cam and intake and timing chain for it but i decided to put in a 1970 302 will the parts i bought interchange with this motor.

  The intake and timing chain should work fine regardless.  The cam will also work provided it is for a 302 and not a 5.0 (which is a 302 HO).  The 5.0 cams have a larger base circle for the cam...the same size as a 351W.  Hope this helps.
