Ford Repair: all I am trying to do is find..., coolant recovery, ford taurus

all I am trying to do is find a part for my Ford Taurus and this web site is sending me in circles
is there no way to just search for a specific part? or to contact customer service with a question? Any question asked has to go to a mechanic? I have had to enter far more information that what I should have had to just to get to this point. all i want is a coolant recovery tank for a 2000 Ford Taurus 3.0 L is that to much to ask? If you can not help me, please forward to someone who can. Thank you

  To be perfectly honest, they didn't tell any of us (or at least me...the experts don't really stay in contact with each other) that they even offered parts on this site.  All of a sudden people just started asking me about parts this site offered.  As far as I know all of the stuff is sold through a 3rd party.  If all you need is a simple coolant recovery tank and don't want a ton of hassles, I'd hit up www.carparts.com.  I've always found it easy to use.  My apologies...I really don't have any clue about how the parts sales funneled through this site are done.  Hope this helps.
