Ford Repair: rack&pinion, junk yards, best bet

Question
Hi I would like to know more info on what guys  are using in there 1967 mustangs for a rack&pinion swap ? can  some other rack&pinion from  the newer models be used in my 67 mustang?

Answer
PAUL

the one people are using from junk yards are from mustang-2 your best bet is to buy new from a mustang retailer like mustang unlimited.the junkyard guys are charging almost as much as new, which will cost between 1000-1500. hope this helps.
