Ford Repair: spark plug gap info for 95 Mustang, ford mustang gt, plug gap

Question
We just purchased a 95 Ford Mustang GT and was needing to know what the gap should be for the spark plugs. Thank You so much for your help

Answer
Daniel-

I'm assuming all of the ignition equipment is stock...no high energy coil or distributor.  In that case I'd gap them anywhere between ".040 and "0.50.  I generally use ".045 as a rule, but if you're confident in your ignition system you could go as much as ".050.  I wouldn't go any more than that unless you got some high performance ignition parts.  Hope this helps.
