Answer
Ron-

First things first...you can't drop a 351W crank into a 302 block.  The bearing sizes on a 351 are larger than the 302s.  That said, there's a ton of fairly cheap nodular or forged cranks out there if you want to up your displacement.  Anything from a 306 (stock stroke, .030" overbore) to a 347 (3.40" stroke, .030" overbore) is available from any number of sources.  If the 351W heads are the 4 barrel heads (which are a little rare), I'd recommend one of the smaller Comp Cams Magnum grinds and a 700-750cfm double pumper carb.  If they're the 2 barrel heads then I'd stick with of the small-medium Comp Cams Xtreme Energy grinds with a 600-650cfm double pumper carb.  This, of course, depends on engine size and exactly what you want from your engine.  But either one of those combos will give you good streetability with a decent bump in power.  Hope this helps.
