Ford Repair: electrical wiring F150 1987 pickup truck, electrical burns, electrical wiring

I have 302 engine. The problem is engine wil rotate, but wil not start. The plugs are not firing. posible coil is not firing. What is the best and easiest way to test coil? Any help in this would be apreciated. (HAS Replacement Engine)

Hmmmm, replace the coil with one you know works and see if the engine starts.  If it starts, its the coil.  Thats the best way.  If you realy want to get technical, hook your coil (the coil in question), up to a engine that you know works, and if it stops working, again its the coil.  Thats the best test method, and you dont need any testing equipment or electrical burns.
