Ford Repair: ford windstar windshield wiper problem, ford windstar, 1996 ford windstar

I have a 1996 ford windstar.  The front wiper blades quit working on me,  I checked the fuses and they seem OK.  The washer fluid pump also does not work.  The high beam for my headlights work though. Please help.

i dont know.  Test the wiper motors by hooking them directly up to the 12V on the battery.  Use some wire and alligator clips.  If the motors work, the problem is either in the switch or the fuse.  Check the fuses again, usually if something wears out the fuses burn up due to the increased load or a short circut.
