how to bleed fuel line to relieve pressure before removing old filter and installing new filter on ford explorer xlt 2000 . Also location of filter

no need to bleed fuel to relieve pressure.  The pressure drops as soon as you turn the key off.  As for the filter, find the tank, find the steel fuel lines coming off of it, follow them untill you find a big round can looking thing, and there you have it.
