Ford Repair: Timing and carb, mustang mach 1, factory specs

Question
I have a 1969 Mustang Mach 1, 428 CJ R-code. It is an automatic that just had the engine rebuilt, balanced and blueprinted last year. All went back to original and I had the Holley 4150C carb rebuilt 2 years ago. My question is.... I am  looking for the "dummied up" version of how to set the timing (nothing wild) to factory specs and how to adjust the idle using the idle mixture screws and the curb idle screw or I guess it is called the idle speed screw? It is the one that is on the drivers side of the carb that you adjust to get base idle.
Thank you in advance for any help,
Marc

the factory specs are dwell angle 27 degrees, timing set at 6 degrees before top dead center.the one on the drivers side is the idle speed screw.the curb idle speed is 1000-1200.to adjust idle screw it all the way in then back out two turns and go from there.hope this helps.
