Ford Repair: 1995 tracer wagon, haynes book, tracer wagon

where can i get online directions for changing struts on a 95 tracer?  how long should they last?
they are not spongey but the ride seems to be alot roughr than i remeber.

i know of no online directions.go to your local autozone or other auto store and get a haynes book. the book is about 15 dollars. you need a strut spring compresser to do this job. be very carful and follow directions or you can get hurt or killed by the spring.on how long they last depends on the road conditions where you live. they usaully last 2-3 years.
