I know you are not listed under Lincoln's but I can't find anyone that is. Would you know how I could find out if my 1991 Lincoln Town car has "traction-control" or not. I need to order a part and they need to know and I have no idea.

  It should definitely be in the owner's manual.  If you didn't buy the car originally and don't have the manual, there's almost always a button on the dash or steering wheel (it varies from model to model and year to year) that enables you to switch the system on and off.  My guess is that if you don't know that you have it, you probably don't, but check around just to make sure.  Hope this helps.
