my 1990 honda accord will not stop when i apply the breaks. the pressure on the  fades until i pump the break severally.its dangerous on the road needs help

Sounds like you have low brake fluid. If this is the case then you also have a leak in the system somewhere. You need to get this fixed asap. If you want to make it safer to drive to a mechanic you can get some brake fluid and put in the brake fluid reservoir.
