Honda Repair: Honda CRV 2002 Sports wont start, fuel pressure gauge, honda crv 2002

Question
Hi Steve! My CRV 2002 will not start. My hubby and i removed the fuel pump unit to clean the filter sock as the car started to just stop for no reason, after it stops it is hard to get started again.
So we pulled the fuel pump hoping to fix the problem before it got worse. Cleaned it all, put it all back in the car and now the car wont start.
This is the checks we have performed so far;
1. fuel pump- yes working can hear the pump turn on and off
2. spark- yes nice blue spark
3. fuel pressure- yes all the way up to the fuel rail
4. relays behind glove box- yes replaced
5. battery- yes brand new
6. immobiliser- not activated green key symbol flashes for 5 flashes then turns off
We are at a loss what to do next, so frustrating.
We have fuel and we have spark what else can it be.
The car cranks over but just wont start.
Can you help? please!!!!!!!!!

Answer
OK. You guys have done some good testing. You need to take it to the next level now. You know that you have fuel pressure, but you don't know if you have the amount of pressure that you need. Today's cars need a very specific range of fuel pressure so you need to make sure that it is within that range. You need to get a fuel pressure gauge so you can check it.
It is most likely not anything to do with the ignition system.
You need to check the codes on the car. Even though the check engine light is not on there could still be a code set. Any auto parts store can do this. You need to find someone who can read "pending codes".
These are the first things I would do.
