Honda Repair: 97 civic new wheel bearing going loose repeatedly, flat tip screwdriver, torque slide

Question
Hello i have a 97 Honda civic ex the wheel bearing went bad no noise just has play in it. I took the knuckle to Honda to have a new bearing pressed in put it back together the car sounded good for a day but the new bearing got loose too. I decided to just go with a used knuckle from the junkyard found a good one and put in on the car one it went loose too. after a while of going to the junkyard for 3 more knuckles they just keep going loose every time  is there something I'm doing wrong i have use torque  stick everytime as well.

Answer
Zak, the only thing that i can suggest that you are doing wrong is not tightening the CV axle 100% Other than that there  is really nothing you can to create that. Take everything back apart and make sure you are replacing everything in there exact locations with no uncertainity. The 32mm CV axle nut has a ridiculous torque spec, like 180+ ft lbs of torque. Slide a flat tip screwdriver in between the vents of the rotor disc to prevent the hub from rotating when you are tightening the CV axle.
