Honda Repair: door locking, accord wagon, honda accord

The right rear door on my 1999 honda accord wagon is locked and refuses to unlock now, I have replaced the accuator, it worked for about a week but it has stopped working again, is there something else wich may be cause it to not lock and unlock with the drivers door mechanisim...??

Jason, there are multiple arms that can come out of adjustment if not lubed from time to time or damage from an accident. Inproper installation of other components could be the issue too. Did you replace the actuator with a new unit or used unit? Whichever the actuator is 80% the likely cause of the issue. Remove and replace the unit.
