Honda Repair: 92 accord lx wagon d4 light on solid, transmission control unit, test plug

Question
When I turn on the key (not start), the d4 lite will come on and stay on. The shift lever lock solenoid will pull up and stay up. There are no codes displayed when I jumper out the test plug. The TCU board has just been reworked (ie. new resistors and capacitors). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Pat Muldoon.

Patrick, have you cleared the codes from the system? (-) battery cable removal for 30 secs to a minute or the Hazard fuse under the hood (10 amp)? This will clear the codes for you. If not do so. If yes, then that solid red light is an indication of a diagnostic trouble code from the transmission control unit. I would also consider taking this back to whomever you had it repaired from and expressing your concerns. Maybe they can repair or diagnose the problem for you further.
