Honda Repair: Repair question, honda prelude, repair question

Question
I have a 1995 honda prelude. I have auto windows and the right front window
will not go down. The place I took it to told me it was my window regulator.
They replaced the regulator and now they are telling me it is the motor. But I can
hear something in the door that sounds like a motor. Are they taking advantage
of me?

Answer
Amy, in my opinion no. They started with the least expensive component first. Now they are moving onto the next. Whenever i repair a window I always replace the motor and the regulator. But, they shouldn't charge you twice for the labor to remove and replace the regulator and now the motor though. Should have been done correctly and diagnosed properly the first time.
