Honda Repair: dead cylinder, auto parts store, compression test

Question
I have a 2000 honda accord lx 4 cylinder. I have 1 cylinder that is dead. It is firing all the way through the spark plug and I changed the injector to no avail. The wiring looks good. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Answer
Michael, to be 100% sure the cylinder is dead do a compression test. The compression test tool can be purchased from any major retail auto parts store. Compression should be between 140 to 185+ per cylinder. The higher compression the better the seat of the rings. If cylinder is dead re-ring the bottom-end of the block.
