John, bleed the coolant system. There should be a 12mm bolt with an eye near the thermostat housing. Loosen the bolt but not all the way. Bubbles should flow out of the eye for about 10 to 15 minutes. Top off the overflow as needed. After 15 minutes of bleeding cap the bolt and go for a drive. Repeat as necessary.
